1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Hiraku website, verified accounts and early-access waiting list operated by JKRSP LTD (we, us or Hiraku). By using those services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the waiting list.
Hiraku is currently an informational and pre-release waiting-list service. It is not a commercially available device or subscription service.
2. Accounts and the waiting list
You must provide an email address you control, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Email verification is required before waiting-list membership is recorded.
Joining the waiting list does not guarantee a launch date, access to testing, acceptance into an early programme, product availability or priority. We may contact you when there is a relevant Hiraku development. We will not use the waiting-list request as permission for unrelated promotional marketing.
3. A product under development
Hiraku is being developed and tested. Concepts, features, compatibility, design and availability may change or be withdrawn. Nothing on this site is a promise that a device, operating system version, app, certification, price or service will be available or suitable for a particular family.
Do not buy hardware or make safety-critical arrangements in reliance on a compatibility page marked as testing, pending or otherwise unconfirmed.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the site and waiting list only for lawful personal or organisational evaluation of Hiraku.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or bypass the site, authentication, email-verification or security controls.
- Do not create accounts using another person’s email, automate registrations, scrape non-public data or submit malicious code.
- Do not misrepresent a relationship with Hiraku or use Hiraku materials in a misleading way.
5. Suspension and closure
We may suspend, restrict or close an account or waiting-list entry where reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, security risk, legal obligations or material breach of these terms. You may ask us to close your account and remove your waiting-list entry using the contact route in the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Hiraku name, site, copy, software, designs and other materials belong to JKRSP LTD or its licensors. You may view and share links to public pages for personal, educational or editorial discussion. No other licence is granted unless we agree in writing or applicable law permits the use.
7. Information and external links
We aim to keep editorial and guidance material accurate and clearly sourced, but it is general information rather than legal, medical, educational or safeguarding advice. Laws, platform terms and product settings change; check the relevant primary source before acting.
External links are provided for context. We do not control external services and are not responsible for their availability, content or privacy practices.
8. Liability
The free pre-release site and waiting list are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, JKRSP LTD is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, loss of profit or business opportunity, or decisions made in reliance on unconfirmed product availability or compatibility.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or rights that consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Changes and ending the service
We may change these terms where the service, law or risk changes. Material changes will be shown on this page and, where appropriate, notified to account holders. We may pause or end the site or waiting list; if we do, we will handle stored personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that a consumer living elsewhere may retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the law of their home country.
